Valerie Lee Presents at ABA Alternative Dispute Resolution Conference.  Lee and Associates Principal Valerie Lee gave a presentation at the American Bar Association's annual ADR Conference that was held in Seattle in April 2002.  Her presentation focused on joint fact-finding in natural resource damage assessments and public policy disputes.  In addition, she discussed in detail the complex requirements of the Federal Advisory Committee Act and its role in joint fact-finding.
